    This course prepares the participants for understand the principles and the elements of design and use Photoshop software to apply this skills through various types of designs such as banners, flyers, logos and other kinds of advertisements.

  • course learning outcomes:

    At the end of the course, the participants will be able to;
    - Learn the basic principles of graphic design and design elements.
    - Understand the difference between bitmap and vector images.
    - Understand the principles of color in print and for the web.
    - Use Adobe Photoshop as example for design programs.
    - Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop interface, workspace, tools and panels.
    - Known the design specifications.
    - Ability to work with layers, shapes and drawing tools.
    - Ability to save the images for web and printing.

    - Introduction to graphic design and design elements.
    - Bitmap and vector images.
    - Graphics formats.
    - Principles of color.
    - Working with Photoshop interface.
    - Preparing the design specifications.
    - Working with selections and photo-editing tools.
    - Working with shapes and drawing using pen tool.
    - Creating banners, flyers, logos and other marketing advertisements.
    - Saving the images for web and print.

  • practical aspects of the course:

    - All training hours will be conducted in a computer lab equipped with Adobe Photoshop software and smart projector.
