    The focus of this course is to provide the trainers with the process control knowledge. The aspects of process control including the controllers’ types and actions as well as the difference between the loop system are covered in this course. In addition, the course also explores the controller tuning and the controllability of a process loop.

    At the end of the course, the participants will be able to;
    - Identify and compare the feedback control systems, open loop systems, closed loop systems as well as the control loop elements.
    - Understand the Direct and Reverse Mode of PID Controller.
    - Define and utilize the significance and effects of proportional, integral and derivative control modes on a process response.
    - Understanding and applying methods of Closed Loop and Open Loop Tuning.
