– Is able to assemble and disassemble a computer system.
– Has acquired hands-on skills in configuring Operating. Systems in a client/Server environment.
– Understands the basic concept and technology of data communication and networks.
– Is able to identify and troubleshoot computer problems.
– Has acquired skills in data recovery and backup.
– Has intermediate level knowledge and skills in handling computer and network security issues, and deploying both
preventive measures and countermeasures.
– Is able to handle systems administration tasks.
– Has intermediate level knowledge and skills in handling computer and network security issues, and deploying both

– Has acquired skills in End-User Support functions and Help Desk Technologies.
